Humidity levels in Cabo are relatively stable, falling at under 80% for most months. The summertime (April-August) also tends to be the windiest months, which can mean cool summer breezes. June-October is the rainiest period with September seeing the most rainfall of 11 inches. August also sees the most rainy days out of the year. If you’re looking to spend multiple days outdoors, avoid the rainy season. Your activities might get rained out. The summer months are obviously the hottest, which does deter tourists. The most popular months to visit Cabo San Lucas are December to April when Cabo sees it’s peak tourist season. Prices will be higher and attractions will be more crowded, but it is a beautiful time to visit Cabo. The months leading up to the peak season (October and November) are popular for fishing tournaments. July to September sees fewer visitors because of the heat and potential for hurricanes. If you’re looking for a great in-between season to visit, May and June do not see a lot of visitors. It is the period between peak periods, so it is a great time to get good deals and lower prices.
While knowing the Cabo San Lucas weather is important, it’s not the end of the world if you book an outdoor adventure during the rainy season. Most tour companies are very flexible, and Cabo is gorgeous regardless of the month you visit.
